Honouring Mr. Raju Poojari’s 30 Years of Service

A special felicitation ceremony was held to honour Mr. Raju Poojari for completing 30 years of dedicated service to CDE Institutions and Vijaybhoomi University. Hosted on 27th April at the Institute Auditorium, the event brought together faculty, staff, and alumni to recognise and celebrate his long-standing contribution to the institution.

Mr. Diganta Dey Wins Leadership Award

A proud moment for the IFIM–JAGSoM alumni community, Mr. Diganta Dey was honoured with the Cross Industry Leadership Award by The C Connects. This recognition celebrates his multidisciplinary contributions across business, corporate strategy, sports, and films, reflecting leadership beyond boundaries. Receiving the award from leaders including the CEO of Reliance Aviation and the Chief Information Commissioner of Karnataka made the achievement even more special.

Prof. Jagdish Sheth Receives AMA Award

Heartiest congratulations to Professor Jagdish Sheth on receiving the 2026 HigherEd SIG Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Marketing Association. This global recognition marks a proud moment for the entire JAGSoM community and celebrates his remarkable contribution to the field of marketing.

Capstone GDPI Prepares Industry-Ready Students

Capstone GDPI continues to be an integral part of the JAGSoM learning journey, assessing how students apply their learning in real-world situations. With participation from professionals across companies like Infosys, Biocon, HSBC, EY, Schneider Electric, and others, students were evaluated on persona competencies, behaviour, and discipline—helping identify growth areas and ensuring they are prepared for the demands of the industry.

Next Gen Program Builds Future-Ready Skills

IFIM students recently completed the Next Gen Employability Program in collaboration with EY Global Delivery Services and Edunet Foundation. Through a 140-hour learning journey in Data Analytics and AI tools, BBA and B.Com students gained hands-on industry exposure, built capstone projects, and strengthened their technical and placement readiness—making learning more practical, relevant, and future-focused.

Narmadha R Earns International
Mediation Certification

A proud achievement for IFIM Law School, Ms. Narmadha R, a final-year LL.B student, earned an international certification in Civil & Commercial Mediation before completing her law degree. Accredited by the Singapore International Mediation Institute, International Mediation Institute, and Civil Mediation Council, this milestone reflects her dedication to the field of law and dispute resolution.

KEDGE Mumbai Connect Comes to Jalandhar

Vijaybhoomi University brought KEDGE Mumbai to Jalandhar, offering students, parents, and educators an opportunity to explore global education pathways and international career opportunities. The session provided insights into studying in India before graduating from KEDGE Business School, along with guidance on admissions, career outcomes, and study-abroad options after Grade 12. Kalacreaty 2026 Showcases Student Talent

Vijaybhoomi University’s inter-house cultural festival, Kalacreaty 2026, began with an inspiring display of creativity, collaboration, and competitive spirit. From expressive performances to thoughtfully curated acts, Day 1 highlighted the diverse talents of students across disciplines. Beyond celebration, the festival created a platform for self-expression, teamwork, leadership, communication, and confidence-building—reinforcing how experiences beyond the classroom play an important role in shaping well-rounded individuals.
